Privacy Policy

Shine & Drive collects the information you provide when making a booking — name, surname, phone number, car size, wash option, and block number — solely to schedule and carry out your car wash.

If you choose to create an account (via Google or with an email and password), we also store your name, email address, and booking history so you can view your upcoming bookings and past visits. If you sign up with a password, it's stored securely by Firebase Authentication — we never see it ourselves, the same as with Google sign-in.

We do not process or store any payment information — all payments are made directly to Shine & Drive in person, via cash, card machine, or EFT.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to operate the booking system itself (e.g. our hosting and database provider, Firebase/Google Cloud).
